As a nurse/district nurse with us at Home Healthcare Sydost, you hold care responsibility for enrolled patients aged 18 and older who need healthcare in their homes. We work preventatively in teams with nurses, occupational therapists, care personnel, and a unit manager to provide safe and quality care. We also collaborate with physicians and physical therapists from the region. Since Örebro residents can freely choose care providers, you will work with both our own municipal operations and private providers. For us, it is important to take a person-centered and rehabilitative approach with our patients' wishes and needs in focus. The assignment consists of varied tasks, which provides opportunity for variety and challenges. Our unit is in an exciting development phase where we are working on various development projects such as a coordinator function. Qualifications As a nurse, you are confident in yourself and have good self-awareness.
