The Operation
We are now looking for someone who wants to work together with professional, creative, and innovative colleagues, where development is a natural part of the work and new ideas are encouraged. Skinnskatteberg is a small municipality that naturally presents certain challenges but also offers many more opportunities for influence and greater flexibility in work tasks. Within the unit, we are a group of 10 nurses, 3 of whom work nights. We have close collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, benefits administrators, managers, and other healthcare personnel. Together we have the opportunity for individual schedule adjustments.
The operation is facing digitalization, establishment of management systems, and continued development of our quality work. This gives those who want to join us great opportunities to influence, develop, and shape this together with the group. We offer you meaningful work where you can make a difference for Skinnskatteberg's residents.
Home healthcare is organized under the Social Administration, Health and Medical Care, which is now pooling resources to meet future needs through thorough analysis of operations to find new ways of handling our daily challenges and, above all, to work toward good and accessible care. We welcome innovative thinking, and if you want the opportunity to be part of our journey, we hope you will seize the opportunity and submit your application so we can get to know each other better.
