Hallen Senior Center
Hallen Senior Center has approximately 60 employees and is located in a quiet neighborhood in Råsunda with proximity to green spaces. The facility has 69 apartments for individuals with assistance decisions for round-the-clock care. We have both somatic and dementia care specialties. There are also day activities run directly by Solna Municipality.
Hallen is a specialized residential facility with food and culture as its focus. Meals are an important part of life and should be a source of joy, pleasure, and community while also providing nutrition and energy. The meals reflect the seasons and holidays.
What does the position involve?
As a nurse at Hallen, you have nursing responsibility for residents and close collaboration with care staff whom you supervise as a work leader, ensuring safe and person-centered care. You work closely with the activity manager, physician, and paramedics. You have access to other nurse colleagues but will work together with other care staff during your shift. We document in LifeCare HSL.
At the end of each shift, you have a report with other nurses who have worked to hand over information about what happened during the shift.

Who are we looking for?
You are a registered nurse with experience in geriatric care or elderly care. If you have further education in any of these areas, we consider that an advantage. Since the work requires oral and written reporting as well as documentation, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing as well as good computer skills.
As a person, you thrive in a role with significant responsibility and are confident in your professional role. You have good interpersonal skills and strong collaboration abilities, can lead others, work independently, and structure and plan your work efficiently. You place great emphasis on performing work with high quality.

The position is a temporary contract at 100% until June 2027 with a start date by agreement, with the possibility of a permanent position. The position includes working every third weekend according to schedule. We warmly welcome your application by September 20, 2026.
