What does the position involve? As a nurse at Hallen, you will have nursing care responsibility for residents and close collaboration with nursing staff, whom you will supervise, and you will ensure patient-safe and person-centered care. You will work closely with the operations manager, physicians, and paramedics. You will have access to other nurse colleagues, but you will work with other care personnel during your shift. We document in LifeCare HSL. During each shift you will have a handover with other nurses who have worked to report on what has occurred during the shift. Who are we looking for? You are a licensed nurse with experience in geriatric care or elderly care. If you have further education in one of these areas, we view this as a merit.
