Home healthcare is usually organized by geographic areas (Hallstavik and Väddö) with a team consisting of registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and care aides. We prioritize a good work environment and offer flexible work with the opportunity to influence your working hours and employment level. Responsibilities You actively participate in planning for customers and perform care services through home visits. Our primary target group is elderly individuals, but we serve customers of all ages. Who Are You? You are a registered nurse with Swedish professional credentials and an interest in working with elderly patients. You have an excellent ability to independently plan your day, prioritize tasks, make independent assessments, and document your work. You have strong professional pride and a driving passion to make a difference for all our customers. Since we work in multidisciplinary teams, it is important that you enjoy teamwork, are humble, and have strong collaboration skills. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Is a licensed and experienced registered nurse Has a valid B-class driver's license Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Previous work experience in home healthcare is highly desirable.
