My name is Jenny and I'm the assistant operations manager and district nurse here at the health center. We're a team of about 30 people and have 13,000 registered patients. We also have home care services with 80 enrolled patients and a child health clinic with 750 children. What You Actually Do You meet patients with a wide range of conditions – at the clinic, digitally, and in clinical assessments. Here the focus is on independent assessments, clinical responsibility, and direct patient work, not sitting in long phone queues or getting stuck in administrative triage. You're a central part of healthcare and work both independently and in a team where both are equally important. You make medical assessments, prioritize, and drive patient cases from start to finish. You have previous experience from primary care. You take responsibility and get things done. You thrive in change and see it as fun.
