Job Responsibilities As a registered nurse with us, you will be part of a team that operates and develops brain stimulation treatment within adult psychiatry. Your work will include administering, performing, and monitoring brain stimulation treatments such as ECT and rTMS. You will also have the opportunity to participate in developing new work methods and contribute to potential research activities. You have significant responsibility but always work in close collaboration with physicians and the rest of the team, which includes care assistants, nurses, and doctors. Together, you ensure that patients receive safe, respectful, and high-quality care. As a nurse, you have a coordinating role with both pre- and post-operative tasks and your own outpatient clinic. The position can advantageously be shared between the Brain Stimulation Unit and another unit within Adult Psychiatry. Previous experience from psychiatry, post-operative care, ECT, or similar treatments is advantageous but not required – the right personality, commitment, and willingness to learn are what matter most. As a person, you contribute to a good work climate with commitment and professionalism. You are curious and confident in your professional role and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You can plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, and you also collaborate and communicate well with colleagues, patients, and family members. If you have an interest in technology, development work, and evidence-based methods, that is something we value. Employment Terms Permanent position. Full-time. Daytime, Monday–Friday.
