Job Responsibilities As a nurse with us, you will be part of a team that operates and develops brain stimulation services within adult psychiatry. Your work will include administration, delivery, and follow-up of brain stimulation treatments such as ECT and rTMS. You will also have the opportunity to participate in developing new work methods and contribute to potential research activities. You will have significant independent responsibility but always work in close collaboration with physicians and the rest of the team, which includes care assistants, nurses, and doctors. Together, you will ensure that patients receive safe, respectful, and high-quality care. As a nurse, you will have a coordinating role with both pre- and post-operative tasks as well as your own outpatient clinic. The position can advantageously be shared between the Brain Stimulation Unit and another unit within Adult Psychiatry. Previous experience from psychiatry, post-operative care, ECT, or similar treatments is meriting but not required – the right personality, engagement, and willingness to learn carry significant weight. As a person, you contribute to a good work environment with engagement and professionalism. You are curious and confident in your professional role and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You can plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, while also collaborating and communicating well with colleagues, patients, and their families.
