About the role
You are the hub around the residents' healthcare services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in operations.
Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you give each resident as good a life as possible. In this you work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.
Getting to know the residents
Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical condition is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions.
Clear procedures
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is comprehensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-apply procedures, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure you get a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into the work and our procedures.

About Villa Djäknegatan
Villa Djäknegatan has 80 places, 60 for people with dementia and 20 for people with care needs. In total there are four nursing positions, we have rehabilitation on site Monday-Friday. We are a cheerful group that enjoys working here, do you want to be part of our community, apply for the position!
Your experience and knowledge
You are a registered nurse and we would like to see that you have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-ill and this requires that you have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
