Since autumn 2025, the Training Team has been part of the Care and Services administration and belongs to the Communication and Competence Supply unit.
The team currently consists of six employees who develop competencies within our administration, both physically and digitally. We are looking for you who want to continue establishing and developing our approach, thereby increasing competence and development opportunities for the administration's employees.
The role of nurse in the training team at our organization
Members of the training team work cross-professionally to create and implement competency development within both social services and healthcare. The team is responsible for general competency development for employees within both care and home healthcare.
Competency development takes place according to an annual schedule, and the Training Team meets with all employees throughout the year in areas where a need to strengthen competency has been identified. Additional assignments regarding competency development may also be added during the year based on needs in operations or at individual units.
The nurses in the team are also responsible for delegation training with associated delegation decisions according to the administration's guidelines.
Kungsbacka Municipality follows the direction "digital first," which means we also work with digital competency development, where you are expected to create, develop, and manage training programs.
Your profile
We want you to have an interest in educating others and sharing knowledge. You should have an enthusiastic approach and not be uncomfortable speaking to both small and large groups. We want you to enjoy working in a team where you will be involved in further developing the approach and adjusting it as needed.
It is important to us that you can bring your own initiatives and new approaches in a constructive manner. Within your areas of responsibility, you have the ability to independently drive your work forward and prioritize tasks. You express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
We are looking for you who:
are a trained nurse
have experience working with the target group within elderly care
have experience working with digital tools
have a valid driver's license (category B)
It is meritorious if you have:
worked within Kungsbacka Municipality's care and services
relevant experience introducing new employees, conducting training, or similar
been involved in developing training materials and following up on completed training
experience working with quality assurance or methodology development for the target group
relevant further education
