Besides our doctor's clinic, we have clinics staffed by nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, dietitian, psychologist, and psychiatric nurse, as well as specialist clinics in diabetes, elderly care, and asthma/COPD. Our medical laboratory assistants work with blood draws and have their own clinic. We also have a rehabilitation coordinator who supports doctors in sick leave matters. JOB DUTIES We look forward to welcoming a district nurse or nurse to Healthcare Center Höör! In your role as a nurse/district nurse, you will work with your own clinic in collaboration with a colleague. You will also perform typical healthcare center tasks such as triage and telephone advice. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a licensed nurse with further education as a district nurse, and with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. For this position, Swedish language skills at a minimum level of C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are required. Furthermore, we see it as advantageous if you have previous experience in primary care work. We expect that you, like us, have a genuine interest in people, good interpersonal skills, and work with the patient in focus. It is important that you have a good ability to build trust with both patients and relatives, while being clear in your communication. You also actively contribute to a good social work environment with an open and cheerful workplace atmosphere. Additionally, you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in teams across professional boundaries, while having the ability to work independently and are confident in your professional role.
