Home health care is based at Ullstämma care residence and is responsible for health and medical care in the home in the southeastern parts of Linköping. We are now looking for a nurse for daytime hours. We provide you with an individually tailored introduction based on your experience.

About the role
Home health care provides health and medical care in the patient's home when they cannot go to their health center. In collaboration with primary care, specialist nurses, and care staff, the nurse in home health care plans and performs the health and medical interventions the patient needs.
Typical work tasks:
wound care
support with managing your medications
infusions and injections
blood sampling
vaccination
assessments
fitting of incontinence products
delegation
supervision
Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train the care staff so that together you give each patient the best possible life.
Clear procedures To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is comprehensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-apply procedures, governing documents, and checklists.

Your experience and knowledge You are a registered nurse and we would like to see that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Our patients are often multimorbid and it requires that you have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
