About the job Do you want to help develop the future of care and elderly services with us? We are now seeking a nurse for our care and residential facilities in Nordost. As a nurse with us, you will have a stimulating and flexible job with a focus on personal responsibility where you have the opportunity to influence and contribute. Your responsibilities as a nurse include assessing, planning, performing, leading and following up on health and care measures in consultation with the individual, their relatives and other staff. The care provided ranges from preventive to advanced care. Together with your colleagues, you will drive and develop a competent operation where high quality care and person-centered care are in focus. With us you will work alongside colleagues with long experience and extensive combined expertise. You will have team members who are nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Your work also includes collaborating with care staff, doctors and managers. Your role also includes mentoring care staff and delegation work. Together we create good and equitable care and ensure that the patient achieves an optimal life situation. The work is primarily during daytime, but also includes working evenings and weekends, with a four-week weekend rotation. On call you work toward regular housing, BMSS and care and residential facilities. You will be based at our shared premises on Förstamajgatan. A driver's license is a requirement for this position as you travel to patients by car. It is meritorious if you have experience in the profession, but we also welcome you who are new to the role of nurse.
