You work in close collaboration with your colleagues such as nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation teams and doctors. You also collaborate with the unit manager for care personnel at the care and support housing. We operate from shared premises at FO Petersons Street 9 in Högsbo, where other home healthcare teams are located. This creates a larger context where we support each other and share our expertise. The working method promotes lower and more even workload, where we help each other and prioritize our tasks together. You will start your working day together with the entire work group, perform your patient visits at the housing and then finish your shift at our shared office. It is meritorious if you have appropriate further education for the patient group, such as "Care of the Elderly". The position requires a Category B driving license, and evening and weekend shifts are included.
