Your Role
As a registered nurse in a care and residential facility, you're responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on healthcare services based on each patient's individual needs and situation.
You collaborate closely with patients, family members, care staff, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and regional doctors, as well as other important stakeholders both within the municipality and region, to create the best possible conditions for safe and quality care.
You plan and structure your work together with your colleagues—no two days are the same. Your tasks also include mentoring and training care staff in healthcare services.
Your New Workplace
Care and residential facilities provide care and support around the clock based on residents' individual needs. At the care and residential facility, you'll work closely with patients and the team in daily operations. Here you have the opportunity to follow patients over time, work preventively, and contribute to safety, continuity, and good quality of life.
We work based on a person-centered approach with a holistic perspective where each patient encounter is unique and meaningful. Our goal is to strengthen the individual's ability to live independently and offer good and safe care with high quality. Our work is based on a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach with focus on participation, coordination, and clear distribution of responsibility.
We prioritize sustainable working hours and actively work to create healthy schedules adapted to operational needs. As a registered nurse, you'll work daytime shifts with minimal weekend duty (every 6th weekend).
