JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a registered nurse with us, you will work with person-centered care and lead municipal health and medical care services. You use medical technology and evidence-based tools to provide the best possible care. You are responsible for assessments, identify risks, and map patients' healthcare needs.
The work involves close collaboration with other registered nurses and professional groups, both internally and externally, to ensure patients' care needs are met. The tasks are varied and developmental as our patients have different needs and different diagnoses. The unit has digital forward-thinking and focuses on the future to meet tomorrow's proximity care and person-centered approach.
You work 38.25 hours per week, and the position includes evenings and weekends. We use wish-based scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse with at least two years of professional experience, and who have a driver's license and driving experience. You have good computer skills and experience working with electronic health record systems. You also have experience training/mentoring other staff, and if you have experience with the elderly target group, it is a great advantage for the position. Similarly, working with quality registers such as Senior Alert or the Palliative Register. Experience in driving development work and further education in the field is also meriting for the position.
You are a confident, driven, and independent registered nurse who thrives in a varied workplace with diverse tasks. You enjoy collaborating with others and are a natural connector. You value maintaining a holistic perspective and patient perspective in everything you do.
