JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for you who enjoy the freedom of working on-call shifts with the municipality's nurse group ssk-jour!
As a nurse in ssk jour, you work evenings according to schedule. You are responsible for all of Hörby Municipality in the role of on-call nurse. In the evening, you are responsible together with two colleagues for the municipality's overall needs for home health care in ordinary housing, at our special accommodations, and within function support activities. We are now looking for a colleague to work evenings.
In the role of on-call nurse, you work closely with nursing supervisors during the day, staff in ordinary housing and special accommodations, as well as the municipality's night patrol. In addition to planned and unplanned visits, the work includes guidance, supervision, and training of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience in municipal home health care from before. You need to be confident in your professional role and be able to work independently. As a person, you are stress-resistant and comfortable with prioritizing in your work, you are confident in assessing health and medical care needs, and have the ability to guide and supervise staff. The work requires medical competence, independence, and flexibility.
We place great value on good collaboration skills, a positive outlook, and commitment to both patients and colleagues. To enjoy the work, you need to be change- and development-oriented, engaged and responsive, and have the ability to create a good working environment.
You have good computer skills and express yourself well in speech and writing. Documentation is done in LifeCare HSL. Other systems we use are TES and APPVA. Experience with these systems is a merit.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Working hours: Evening shifts.
