Solhaga is a special residential facility focused on dementia care and individuals with mental health disabilities. The facility has 24 apartments in a homely environment located in the scenic Skånes Fagerhult. Generous common areas and opportunities for shared housing are available. Family members are offered the opportunity to stay overnight. As a nurse, you are responsible for medical assessments and treatments. Work with us is both varied and stimulating. As a nurse with us, you are an important part of both the management team and the department team. In the management group, you participate in influencing and developing operations. You have a leadership responsibility, and your duties will include performing care work based on the residents' wishes and needs with quality as the focus and distributing the work based on available resources. You see it as a natural part of your work style to work in teams and follow guidelines from MAS, the client, and in accordance with applicable regulations. Training and education of nursing staff is part of the role. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed nurse. Documentation is part of the work, which means you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You have a positive attitude and see possibilities rather than obstacles. As a person, you are independent, attentive, responsible, clear, and thorough. We are looking for someone who is creative and flexible. You should have good cooperation skills, contribute to a good work environment, and have good pedagogical qualities. WORKING HOURS/DURATION Parental leave substitute from September 1st, 6-12 months with good opportunities for extension. 80-100% position. Working hours are scheduled daytime, Monday-Friday, 7-16.
