About Us
Guldvivan is a senior living facility with 54 apartments divided between somatic care and dementia care. We work person-centered with a focus on safety, participation, and good quality of life for our residents.
In the operation, nurses work closely together with nursing assistants and rehabilitation teams to create good and safe care based on each individual's needs. Through close teamwork and good cooperation between professions, we create a safe and pleasant environment for both residents and employees.
About the Position
As a nursing care responsible nurse at Guldvivan, you have a central role in daily nursing care and medical responsibility for our residents. You work independently and person-centered while being an important part of a multidisciplinary team together with nursing assistants and rehabilitation staff.
Your duties include, among other things:
Health and nursing assessments and follow-ups
Medication management and delegation
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of care interventions
Cooperation with doctors, rehabilitation teams, and care personnel
Documentation according to applicable guidelines
Support and guidance to nursing staff
Contact with relatives and other care providers
The position is hourly employment and working hours are Monday through Sunday during daytime.
Are You the One We're Looking For?
We are looking for you who:
Are a licensed nurse
Have experience working with digital tools
Have very good ability to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have previous experience as a nurse in elderly care.
As a person, you are structured and confident in your professional role, and accustomed to working independently with medical assessments and prioritization. You have good ability to collaborate in teams with different professions, such as nursing assistants and rehabilitation staff. To succeed in the role, you also have the ability to create and maintain good relationships and maintain professional contact with relatives.
