Here you work with both somatic and dementia care units. You plan, perform and develop nursing care based on the individual's needs and goals. We're looking for you who are a registered nurse. You have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish in reading, speaking and writing. A B driver's license for a manual transmission car is required as travel occurs within the municipality. We see further education in elderly care and/or further education as a district nurse as meritious. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week). Two red days per year are distributed with fairness in mind based on previously worked weekends. About Us Within the Care Administration, we provide care, support and assistance to people who are elderly, have a disability or who need home health care. We also offer health-promoting initiatives and support to people who care for and support a family member. Our goal is for those who need care and assistance in their daily lives to be able to live as independently as possible. The Health and Medical Care Department is responsible for initiatives within home health care and rehabilitation. The initiatives are carried out by registered nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, who also delegate based on profession to care staff within other operational areas.
