We are now seeking 2 nurses for two different assisted living facilities. Maglehill is our newly built assisted living facility for people with dementia and cognitive impairment. The facility consists of 56 apartments distributed over two floors. Skogsgläntan is an assisted living facility with a somatic focus offering 26 apartments. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now looking for two competent and responsible nursing colleagues. As a nurse with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on qualified health and medical care services. You work closely with our residents and their families in an interdisciplinary team with nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nursing assistants. Collaboration with doctors from the health center is well-established. We work together to create safety and quality. All licensed staff operates from the same premises in the municipal building, which creates good opportunities for collaboration with colleagues. With us, it is important that we provide quality care and put the resident at the center! We are therefore proud to have both a specialist in elderly care, team leaders/mentors, medical secretaries, and district nursing assistants who help nurses with daily tasks to free up time for dedicated nursing duties. We use LifeCare HSL for documentation. We actively work with, among other things, Senior Alert, BPSD, National Care Plan for Palliative Care (NVP), and Mina Planer. We work according to an eight-week schedule, which includes two weekends and some evenings. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed nurse with previous experience in municipal health and medical care with a genuine interest in elderly care. We want you to be flexible, solution-focused, structured, and confident in your work role. Good collaboration skills are a given, but it is equally important that you can work independently. As a person, you have an enthusiastic approach and good pedagogical skills to guide, train, and delegate nursing assistants. Previous experience working in assisted living facilities or further education in dementia care is a merit. You have computer skills and a good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish. Furthermore, you need to have a class B driver's license. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: As soon as possible or by agreement. Working hours: Shift work. The position comprises 38.25 hours per week. The position will be filled subject to required political decisions being made and that it is not needed for internal use.
