The Social Services Department is responsible for services, support, and assistance to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Care Act, and we are to implement services regulated by these laws. All operations are centered on the individual to meet their needs. The assignment involves strong customer focus and service mindset.
Public health and medical care in Motala municipality consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation assistants. We work in teams together with elderly care, LSS services, and day activities for the benefit of our citizens.

JOB DUTIES
The assignment involves proximity and continuity with a holistic perspective in patient contact. It is a varied and exciting task with good opportunities for personal development. You will make independent assessments and lead and perform health and medical care interventions. You will plan measures and conduct follow-ups, manage medications, infusions, and medical equipment. You plan your work based on the individual's conditions and needs. You are responsible for leading and delegating nursing staff. You work in close cooperation with the unit manager and nursing staff at the residence as well as in contact with relatives. You are an important contact with primary care and specialist care.
You work daytime on weekdays with duty every fifth weekend.
We are now seeking a nurse for Solbacken dementia residence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Formal competencies:
• Licensed nurse
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken
• Experience in nursing is a merit.
Personal competencies:

Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: By agreement.
Working hours: Daytime on weekdays with duty every fifth weekend. Working time 38.25 hours/week
