JOB DUTIES We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to contribute to people's health and well-being through your engagement and professional care. As a nurse, you have a central role in ensuring our clients' well-being. You are responsible for the care of a specific number of clients, with your tasks including performing healthcare services. You work preventatively to promote the client's health and well-being, and you are responsible for medical assessments, documentation, and planning. A large part of your work is planning and organizing your work, where you work both independently and in close collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, physicians, family members, and other care personnel. In your daily activities, you guide and delegate tasks to care personnel, and you have significant responsibility for continuously contributing to the development and quality of operations. The schedule involves some evening and weekend shifts on an 8-week rotation. Approximately 1.5 weekends and approximately 4 evenings per this period. Interviews are ongoing and the start date is flexible. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you to be a licensed nurse with good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. The role involves documentation, so you need the ability to write clearly, legibly, and in a well-structured manner, as well as the ability to adapt your writing to the intended audience. Digital handling occurs daily in areas such as documentation and communication, so you must have good computer skills. As a person, you are empathetic, listen, and show respect. You are unpretentious and acknowledge and recognize others' contributions. You have the ability to perform in a pressured environment and handle difficult situations. It's good if you remain optimistic in the face of challenges and have the ability to accept and learn from criticism. You have the ability to adapt to changed circumstances and easily adjust your behavior in relation to other people's needs. Since the work is independent, you need the ability to plan and organize your work. Business travel occurs daily, so you must hold a class B driver's license. As a final candidate, you must be able to present a background check from the police. This should not be attached to your application. Tierp Municipality is part of the Finnish administration area.
