Job Description We are seeking a nurse with experience in pediatric care for our team on units 64 and 74 who wants to contribute to the best care for children aged 0-18 years in need of acute hospital care on our ward. At the end of 2026, our children's department will move into new, modern facilities, and we are now looking for committed employees who want to be part of this journey. We offer you the opportunity to gain broad expertise in pediatric care where you meet patients with various conditions such as diabetes, eating disorders, hand surgery, infections, and appendicitis. No two days are the same, and here you can learn something new every day. On units 64 and 74, you work in interprofessional teams with nursing assistants, doctors, meal coordinators, play therapists, dietitians, social workers, and medical secretaries on the unit. In your role as a nurse, you have a central task in planning, leading, and implementing nursing care. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and who wants to actively participate in our work to improve and develop the important care we provide on the unit. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is curious, committed, flexible, and has good organizational and collaboration skills. You can work independently in your professional role and have the ability to see the bigger picture. Furthermore, you are a person who, through your approach, contributes to a stimulating and safe work environment. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Required Competencies Licensed nurse Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 Experience working with children and young people in healthcare or emergency care. Specialist training in children and adolescents is advantageous.
