The Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic is a specialized unit within forensic psychiatry that cares for both women and men, where the majority of our patients are committed to care by court order. We also receive patients from the Prison and Probation Service who need psychiatric care and treatment. Our catchment area covers all of Sweden. The Forensic Psychiatric Outpatient Team is part of the Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic and offers highly specialized outpatient care to patients in need of long-term psychiatric care and rehabilitation. With us, you will follow patients' development over time and contribute to sustainable rehabilitation. Through both outpatient visits and mobile interventions, you meet patients in their daily lives, which gives you a unique opportunity to follow their development and build long-term care relationships. With psychiatric nursing, professional judgment, and close collaboration with other community actors, you help create conditions for both patient recovery and a safer society. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a nurse with us, you are responsible for the care of your own patient group. The role is varied and combines outpatient visits with mobile interventions, where you work with psychiatric nursing, assessment of the patient's psychiatric status, medication management, and somatic follow-up. You follow patients over time and have an important role in supporting and motivating them through the care and rehabilitation process. You will be part of an experienced multidisciplinary team together with a senior physician, social worker, psychologist, treatment pedagogue, and designated care contacts, where your expertise makes a real difference every day. Collaboration with social services, community mental health, primary care, and other actors is a natural part of the assignment. What can we offer you? We offer you independent and varied work with great opportunities to influence and develop the operations. The position is based during daytime hours, Monday to Friday, and combines outpatient work with mobile interventions. We invest especially in our nurses. In addition to your base salary, you receive a supplement of 2,000 kronor. If you stay with us, the supplement increases to 3,000 kronor after two years of employment. The supplement applies to nurses at the Forensic Psychiatric Clinic in Region Kronoberg. In addition, you receive a bonus on accrued on-call supplement, which means we provide 50 percent extra in on-call compensation on the on-call supplement you have accrued during the year. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in psychiatric care, municipal community mental health, or home healthcare. Further education in psychiatry and/or training in CBT, MI, and ESL is advantageous. Training in and experience with low-stimulus interaction is also advantageous. As a person, you are clear, confident, and have a positive approach. You collaborate easily and have a good view of people.
