There is ample parking directly outside the clinic. We are now seeking an engaged nurse with a strong interest in psychiatry who wants to provide high-quality care with us. Responsibilities: As a nurse, your tasks are varied and developmental. You will work much in teams, but the role also requires independent work. As a nurse with us, you will conduct medication follow-ups, provide support conversations, perform acute assessments, provide telephone advice, collaborate with relatives, municipalities, and other important institutions. The position requires independent work but in close collaboration with other professionals. Being a nurse with us means a central role in patient care. You will be the primary care contact for some of the clinic's patients and hold a coordinating function in that role. Qualifications: We are seeking a licensed nurse, preferably with previous experience in psychiatric care, as the work sometimes requires independent judgment and decision-making ability. As a nurse, you are accustomed to working independently and have the ability to adapt to different situations. Previous psychiatric service and/or specialist competency in psychiatry is advantageous but not required. Personal Qualities: You are motivated, engaged, and independent, and accustomed to working toward set goals. If you are driven, appreciate changes in pace, and enjoy change work, you will thrive well with us. We place great importance on personal suitability. A driver's license is required as home visits are part of our operations. Work Hours: Full-time at 40 hours/week. Part-time can be discussed.
