Piteå Health Center has approximately 10,100 registered patients and is one of Region Norrbotten's largest health centers. We work in three interprofessional teams where doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation staff jointly manage care for their registered patients. We are now seeking a registered nurse who wants to work broadly within primary care and be part of a team where patients are followed over time and where collaboration between professions is a natural part of daily work. What We're Looking For You are a registered nurse with strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You also have basic knowledge of Office 365. It is an advantage if you have experience from primary care, telephone health advice, or working with electronic health record systems such as Cosmic or VAS. Experience with reception work or working with patients with chronic diseases is also viewed positively. We're looking for someone who can work independently, make your own assessments, and prioritize between different tasks. You also need to be comfortable collaborating with other professions to provide patients with coordinated care. What You'll Be Working With As a nurse with us, you will work with: Telephone health advice and medical assessments Acute and scheduled patient contacts Reception work with your own booked patients Blood tests, treatments, and follow-ups Support and guidance to patients and their families Collaboration with other professions at the health center and with external healthcare providers when needed You will be part of one of our three teams and participate regularly in team rounds. Here the team plans, prioritizes, and follows up on patient matters together. The aim is to create continuity for patients and provide the right care intervention at the right time. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
