About the Position

We are now recruiting two nurses for our team in the Southwest district. We operate from an office located in Högsbo at F O Petersons gata 9, which is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. We are looking for someone who wants to work with patients in their home environment and contribute to their freedom and influence over their daily life and in their own home. With us, you typically meet people over a longer period. This means you will become skilled in meetings and relationships. You and your nursing colleagues will drive and develop a competent operation where high quality care and patient safety are in focus.
As a nurse, you will lead the health and medical care work for patients. You will make independent assessments, identify and prevent risks, implement medical orders, mentor and educate staff, and delegate health and medical tasks to care personnel. Patients' healthcare needs vary from preventive care to advanced medical care, leading to varied and engaging work. Work is primarily during daytime, but you will also participate in shared on-call duty and work every fourth weekend.

About You
We are looking for a registered nurse. If you have specialist training as a district nurse or in elderly care, that is meriting, but not required. We would like you to have experience working as a nurse, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. The position requires that you have a B driving license as you will travel to your patient visits by car.
You need to be able to work independently, make your own assessments, and make decisions in your work. We also see that you have the ability to work with others to complete work tasks. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the team. You take your responsibilities seriously, are committed to completing what you have started, and ensure that work is performed correctly. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and that you are committed to providing good treatment to everyone you meet in your professional role.
