About the Operation In an effort to strengthen care and optimize resource utilization at Falun Hospital, the ambition is to create a unified pre- and postoperative unit where all patients scheduled for surgery at the Central Operating Room or ENT surgery are brought together in one place to ensure high-quality and patient-safe care before and after surgery. The unit's hours will be Monday-Friday 7-20. This includes patients from the Surgery, Orthopedics, and ENT Clinics. The preoperative unit will, together with the postoperative unit, be part of the OR/Anesthesia/ICU Clinic. The OR/Anesthesia/ICU Clinic also includes the ICU, Day Surgery, Central Operating Room, Anesthesia Clinic, and Sterilization Central. Job Responsibilities Help build our preoperative unit! We are now looking for nurses who want to be part of our newly started preoperative unit. With us, you will have an important role in preparing patients for surgery within surgery, orthopedics, and ENT clinics. Qualifications Requirements: Registered Nurse with some years of experience Some experience with monitoring vital functions Merits: Experience from pre- or postoperative work.
