On the functional support team in West Gothenburg, we're looking for you—a registered nurse—to become part of our engaged and multidisciplinary team. As a nurse with us, you'll primarily work with people up to 65 years old who have congenital or acquired functional limitations and live in supported housing. Many of them also participate in day activities. Your work is varied, independent, and meaningful, where you meet patients with different needs, from preventive care to more complex medical interventions. Here's what you'll do: · Work person-centered: you become an important part of patients' daily lives and contribute to their independence and quality of life. · Work in a multidisciplinary team: together with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and care staff, you create creative and sustainable solutions for patients. · Plan your own workday: you have great freedom to organize your work, with support from colleagues when you need it. · Develop your skills: we offer ongoing training in functional support, psychiatry, and rehabilitation. · Work primarily daytime: you follow a base schedule with mainly daytime hours Monday–Friday, combined with some weekday evenings and every fourth weekend. It's desirable that you have experience in municipal healthcare or experience working with people with functional limitations.
