Falck is now seeking a nurse for our medical telephone clinic for insurance customers. Position in Vasastan, Stockholm. Through Falck's partnership with leading insurance companies in Sweden, more than one million policyholders have access to our services. In this role, you will become part of Falck's medical telephone clinic and care coordination for customers with private health insurance. Your assignment involves booking customers with specialist physicians, managing incoming referrals and surgery quotes. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a nurse where you have acquired good medical knowledge Experience and ability to independently handle customer calls via telephone and digital contacts Good computer skills and ability and interest in delivering through digital tools Swedish and English in spoken and written form. As a person, you are positive and flexible in your work approach where you can both work independently and in collaboration with colleagues. The work pace is sometimes high, which requires good stress management skills and the ability to prioritize. You have good communication skills and are driven to provide professional service and help customers and colleagues.
