Ref: 20262033 We are located a stone's throw from Limhamn city center. Here we offer short-term placements for users with extensive care needs who require extra support and care for a period. We also offer respite care placements where users regularly stay with us for shorter periods and otherwise live in their regular homes. Job Responsibilities We offer you varied, responsible and exciting work with opportunities for your own development. Working as a nurse with us means that you independently assess, plan, organize and perform medical treatment and care interventions. You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet the individual's care needs. As a nurse you are responsible for guiding and delegating care staff as well as providing advice and support to other professionals in the team around the patient. As a nurse you are an important part of the team together with nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and section managers. In addition to that you have: Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written Insight into applicable legislation, setting goals and guidelines Good digital skills It is meritorious if you have: Work experience with people who have dementia and cognitive impairment Work experience from municipal healthcare Specialist training in a relevant area Knowledge of the documentation program Procapita For you to thrive with the task, you need to feel confident working independently and guiding others. Our care beds are specifically designed for both rehabilitation and recovery.
