Our clinic is located on the hospital grounds in close proximity to the emergency department in Ystad. At the Evening and Weekend Clinic, we assess and treat patients at the primary care level for conditions that cannot wait until the next working day. Our mission is to meet the citizens' need for urgent unscheduled primary care during evenings and weekends. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a registered nurse, you will ensure that all our patients receive excellent care and professional treatment. You will perform nursing tasks typical of primary care urgent/on-call services, such as triage at drop-in visits and telephone advice. Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, with some time outside regular clinic hours for activities such as clinic development, managing your own areas of responsibility, and collaborating with nearby units. The employment percentage is flexible between 50 and 100 percent. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a licensed registered nurse, preferably with further education as a district nurse, with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. Experience working in primary care and/or emergency care is a plus. For this position, it is important that you have a solid understanding of the care processes that occur in primary care and specialized emergency care. As a person, you are responsible, have a genuine ability to meet people in different life situations, and maintain a positive approach. You actively contribute to the development of the organization and always work in the best interests of patients and the business. Since we work in multiprofessional teams, it is important that you enjoy collaborating with other professional groups and that you have strong communication skills.
