About the Health Center Kry Health Center Triangeln opened in 2021 in central Malmö, a modern health center with bright and fresh facilities. A health center with a strong focus on service, placing quality and patient safety as the highest priority. Here you get the chance to work flexibly where you, together with other committed colleagues, contribute to developing primary care. We are growing rapidly and now have approximately 12,500 registered patients, so we need to expand our team. About the Role You have a central role in the typical tasks at the clinic where you get the opportunity to meet many different patients. At the same time, you get the opportunity to develop your own skills and be part of the journey to develop and transform primary care. The health center places great emphasis on working closely with patients, with continuity and with a focus on achieving the best possible care through collaboration between different professions. Qualifications & Characteristics Licensed nurse. Experience in Swedish healthcare. Experience in Swedish primary care is highly desirable. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are desirable. Good technical skills. You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first. You have good collaboration skills and are responsive to both colleagues and patients.
