What we offer
Welcome to Kista Service House! The unit includes Kista Service House, the Prevention Unit, as well as day activities, and is one of the service units within the Department for the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities, and Social Psychiatry. Kista Service House moved into newly renovated premises in May 2022 and has 78 apartments. We are easily accessible and located near Kista shopping center, with close connections to several bus lines, subway lines, and commuter trains.
Your role
We want to create strong teamwork between nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants. Kista Service House works toward salutogenic elderly care that focuses on what is meaningful for older adults.
Your assignment involves both independently and together with colleagues being responsible for assessments, interventions, and documentation concerning each patient. We offer you the opportunity to work in a development-oriented operation with vision. Supervision of care staff is an important part of ensuring the quality of care.
Your competence and experience
We are looking for someone who:
• is a licensed nurse
• has very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It is advantageous if you have:
• experience from healthcare and care services
• specialist training as a nurse within elderly care
We see that you easily collaborate with other professionals and with family members. As a person, you are confident and stable and have the ability to see the big picture for both patients and the new operation. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work in an efficient manner.
