Department 57 is an integrated cardiac care unit with 23 single-occupancy patient beds, five of which are cardiac intensive care (HIA) beds. Here you will encounter an exciting and varied work environment with a primary focus on cardiology.
Adjacent to the department is our day care facility, which gives you the opportunity to rotate between operations. We care for patients with various heart diseases, as well as patients with other medical diagnoses, creating a diverse and educational work environment.

We are a development-oriented and training-intensive operation where you have the opportunity to grow in your professional role. As a new registered nurse, you will participate in a well-structured training program during your first year.
Over time, there are several career paths within the organization if you are interested in specializing further in cardiology and cardiac nursing. Here you will become an important part of a team that makes a difference for patients every day.
Your Tasks
As a registered nurse, you will lead and be responsible for the daily patient care together with nursing assistants and physicians. Your tasks include standard nursing duties such as medication management, round work, and nursing care. In daily patient meetings, you have a central role and actively contribute to good collaboration between the different professional categories in the operation to ensure safe, secure, and high-quality care.
We are now seeking four registered nurses: two permanent positions and two temporary positions.
Your Knowledge and Competencies
We are looking for you as a licensed registered nurse.
You are a flexible and confident nurse who thrives in an environment where pace can vary and acute situations may arise. You have the ability to remain calm even in pressured situations and see changes as a natural part of work. You have a solution-oriented approach and see opportunities rather than obstacles. Collaboration is self-evident to you, while you can also work independently and take responsibility for planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work.
Specialist education in cardiology and experience in cardiac or acute care is advantageous.
We value that you have a professional and respectful approach toward patients, relatives, and colleagues. You contribute to a good work environment through your collaborative ability, your commitment, and your willingness to develop alongside others. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
