The Intermediate Care Unit (IMA) is a relatively new care unit, which means we are continuously developing the department together. It is a 24/7 operation, and patients come to us from throughout the hospital. Patients cared for at IMA require a higher level of care than a regular ward, but not as advanced as intensive care. The average length of stay is approximately 1-2 days. At IMA, we have five care beds divided between two care teams.
The workplace is characterized by a cheerful, professional, and inclusive environment where we have close collaboration. If you are interested, there is an opportunity for a rotation assignment.
