About Humana Wikmansgården
Wikmansgården is a special housing facility (accommodation with special services) and short-term care. At Wikmansgården, we accommodate adult women and men with mental disabilities, personality disorders, and dementia. As a nurse in our units, you are an important part of working together with other staff to create conditions for quality care and support.
Job Description
As a nurse, you will be responsible for nursing care for those living in our unit and, among other things, be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the organization's and your colleagues' professional development, as you will educate and mentor nursing staff when needed.
Examples of work tasks:
Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions.
Manage and follow up on documentation and incidents.
Participate in the admission of new clients and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks.
About the Position
Working hours and position level: We offer a temporary position. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday-Friday.
Salary: Compensation is made by agreement and other benefits are according to collective agreement.
Start date: The position has a planned start according to agreement.

Who are you?
For this position, you must be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from municipal level health and medical care.
As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a team with colleagues.
We are looking for you who:
Are a licensed nurse
Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
