About the position The Medical Unit Gastro, Skin and Rheumatology conducts highly specialized care and research. At the dermatology clinic and day care, we assess, treat, and follow up with patients with various inflammatory skin diseases, which may require frequent physician visits and care contacts. As a nurse, you are responsible for nursing care and treatment of patients with various skin diseases. You manage your own nurse clinics, provide patients with information and support regarding self-care, and assist at physician clinics. The work also includes planning the facility, managing referrals, care planning, and providing counseling. The work is both independent and team-based and gives you the opportunity to develop and broaden your expertise in dermatological care and highly specialized treatments. This is a permanent full-time position. Work is primarily scheduled during daytime, Monday–Friday, with weekend duty in inpatient care every fourth weekend. A probationary period may be applied.
