The work is very independent, but you will be part of a team consisting of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and assistant nurses. The position includes weekend shifts where you will work out in the field providing home care services throughout the municipality. Your work tasks include: - Managing medications - Administering infusions - Managing medication pumps and other medical equipment - Making medical assessments based on specific incidents - Performing interventions and follow-ups - Providing telephone advice to care personnel As a nurse in home care, you will work with many different systems and digital solutions, including digital key management, the Combine medical records system, Lifecare planning system, Alfa digital signature system, and DF-respons incident reporting. Home Care Services is responsible for healthcare services to patients of all ages enrolled in the program. Patients live in ordinary homes, residential care facilities, group homes, short-term care facilities, or participate in daily activities in the municipality. In close dialogue with patients and their families, we provide good and safe care. Home Care Services is organized into several geographic areas: west, east, north, center, south, on-call/resource, and the workshop.
