We are seeking an experienced nurse, preferably a district nurse or other specialist nurse, for our home care services.

Job Description
As a nurse in home care services, you work with standard nursing tasks in patients' homes. You are responsible for a geographic area and have overall nursing responsibility for the patients in that area.
The assignment also includes being the nursing manager for one of our LSS activities, where you collaborate with care personnel and other professionals to ensure good and safe care.
Job duties include, among other things:
- Assessments, planning, and follow-up of health and medical care interventions.
- Nursing measures and medical treatments in the patient's home.
- Collaboration with doctors, rehabilitation staff, care personnel, and family members.
- Medication management and delegation of medicines.
- Documentation and follow-up according to applicable routines and guidelines.
- Responsibility for patients in both home care and LSS activities.
The position includes some holiday work; currently every sixth weekend.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who
- Is a licensed nurse.
- Preferably is a district nurse or has other specialist education.
- Has professional experience and feels secure in your profession.
- Can work independently, prioritize, and make your own decisions.
- Is responsible, flexible, and has good interpersonal skills.
- Has good collaboration skills and values teamwork.
- Has a valid driver's license (class B).
Meritorious
- Experience in home care services.
- Experience in municipal health and medical care.
- Experience with documentation in LifeCare.
