About the Workplace
In the South home healthcare area, a team of nurses works with a strong focus on the patient. We operate from newly renovated premises on Landskronavägen.

Job Responsibilities
As a nurse with us, you work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible.
You will assist in assessing the individual's condition and take appropriate action based on that assessment. You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet the individual's care needs. As a nurse with us, you are responsible for supervising and delegating care personnel and providing support to other professionals in the team.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of current legislation, such as HSL, SoL, and LSS. You need to have good computer skills and documentation experience. A driver's license (category B) is a requirement.
It is a merit if you have previous experience working in home healthcare.
