Job Responsibilities Work as a registered nurse involves responsibility for healthcare within home care and residential care for the elderly. Your work is independent and requires you to feel confident making your own decisions and making medical assessments as well as planning the individual's care and treatment. In your work you collaborate closely with other professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing staff and physicians. Your responsibilities also include mentoring, training and instruction of nursing staff. You will also participate to some extent in team meetings, care planning/SIP. Qualifications Nursing license is required. Specialist training in elderly care, district nurse training or other comparable specialist training is advantageous, as is work experience in municipal healthcare. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person you are proactive, self-motivated, thorough, flexible and collaborate easily. Driver's license is required. Work Schedule/Duration Full-time, permanent position. Start date by agreement. Rotating schedule 39 hours/week, including some evening shifts and weekend work once every six weeks. Modified weekend schedule planned at the beginning of the year. Salary Individual salary determination is applied.
