We're now hiring a nurse for functional support in Southwest (Askim, Frölunda & Högsbo). Here you'll find varied and meaningful work where you make a real difference in people's daily lives. You'll work with patients in functional support services aged 18–65 years with congenital or acquired disabilities. Patients live in supported housing with services, and many also participate in daily activities. In this role, you'll plan, lead, and follow up on care together with patients and care staff. Your work ranges from preventive care to more advanced health and medical services. You'll enjoy independent and flexible work where you plan your own day and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams. You'll also have the opportunity to influence working methods and development with a focus on person-centered care. You'll work from our office at FO Petersons gata. About you We're looking for a licensed nurse. You can be experienced or new to the profession—what matters most is your commitment and interest in working within functional support. It's an advantage if you have experience in municipal health and care services and/or working with patients with functional variation. A class B driver's license is required. For this position, you also need strong Swedish language skills, both verbal and written, to adapt communication and information to each situation and patient need. You work independently but value collaboration and communication with colleagues and patients. You're organized with the ability to efficiently manage your work, which contributes to high quality care.
