Haga Göstorp Psychiatry operates two private psychiatric residential facilities in Båstad and Laholm offering both short-term stays and supported housing (BMSS). We are now seeking two registered nurses who want to join our team and work closely with both residents and colleagues.
For us, the relationship with our residents is central. Our work is based on a person-centered approach where safety, participation, and individual needs are in focus. As a registered nurse, you play an important role in creating continuity and security around the residents' health and care services.
About the Position
As a registered nurse with us, you work independently with standard nursing duties while being an important part of the interdisciplinary team around our residents.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assessment, planning, implementation, and follow-up of health and care services
- Medication management, medication monitoring, and delegation
- Assessment and monitoring of residents' health status
- Documentation and development of relevant care and health plans
- Collaboration with physicians, psychiatry, primary care, and other care providers
- Training and support for care staff on health and care matters
- Preventive work and monitoring regarding fall risk, nutrition, and other individual health needs
- Participation in the facility's quality and patient safety efforts
On-call duty is part of the position, meaning you will be available during certain times for consultation and assessment of health and care questions that arise in the facility.
