Women's Healthcare in Gävleborg is located in both Gävle and Hudiksvall. At the gynecological clinic in Gävle, nurses, midwives, nursing assistants, physicians, and medical secretaries work together. The department provides gynecological specialist care, day care services, outpatient surgery, gynecological cancer care, abortion services, fertility clinic services, and midwifery clinic services.

DUTIES
As a nurse with us, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive the care, support, and information they need with good patient care at the forefront. You work independently and as part of a team, where you play an important role in promoting health and well-being.
The position includes a 20 percent rotation to the postpartum/gynecological ward where you will work with patient care and direct patient work within inpatient care.
As a nurse with us, you will work with, among other things:
• patient counseling via telephone, 1177, and Min vård Gävleborg
• referral handling and clinic work
• direct patient care in our day care services.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a flexible and dedicated person who thrives in a varied work environment. You are interested in development and improvement work and feel confident in your professional role. You have the ability to treat people in a professional and empathetic manner.
In your role as a nurse, you should be:
• a licensed registered nurse.
For this position, it is advantageous if you have previous experience working in healthcare on a ward or clinic.

Duration: 6 months or longer, start: As soon as possible by agreement
