About the role You are the key person around the residents' healthcare and nursing services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. Regularly, you conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, an occupational therapist, and a physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this work, you work closely with the residence's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations. We invest in leadership development for you as a nurse. One course we can offer you is "Leading Without Being a Manager". Getting to know the residents Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions. Clear routines To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is comprehensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-apply routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading. As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital onboarding program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive clear introductory training with the goal of quickly settling into the work and our routines. Villa Ekeberg is located in Angered centrum, close to transportation and shopping. Villa Kviberg is located in the Kviberg area, also close to transportation and shopping. Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed nurse and we would like to see that you have worked for several years in elderly care. Our residents often have multiple medical conditions, which requires that you have both broad knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in aging people. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
