Job Responsibilities We are looking for you, our new nursing colleague who wants to work in acute care and care for geriatric patients! Working with this patient group allows you as a nurse to develop professionally, as patients' clinical presentations are often complex and require consideration of the patient's life history. With us, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that works together to provide our patients with the best possible care and quality of life. Our patients come to us primarily through the emergency department or are transferred from the hospital's acute medical care unit. As a nurse with us, you are responsible for and lead nursing care work, which often consists of specific nursing interventions. These interventions can be either curative or palliative. The medical aspect is also a large part of the work and includes, in addition to medication administration and various medical-technical procedures, the ability to interpret the patient's various symptoms and parameters. Those of us who work here are stimulated by working with autonomy, but we also appreciate having competent and engaged colleagues for support within the team. What Our Employees Appreciate Most Many here highlight the team spirit, collaboration, and support as the best aspects of the work. Here there is care, commitment, and knowledge, and you feel welcome even as someone new. Our workplace is characterized by our commitment to the elderly patient and patient safety. We have a good work environment where we help and support each other. At the end of each shift, we evaluate both patient safety and the work environment. These evaluations then form the basis for us to continue maintaining and improving both our patients' safety and our work environment.
