WORK TASKS
Since one of our nurses will be enjoying the arrival of a baby this winter, we are now looking for a responsible nurse for our HSL team! The maternity leave coverage extends until the end of August 2027. You will be welcomed by pleasant colleagues with varying experience in municipal care and health services where we work to support and help each other. Together, we form a good team of permanent staff consisting of evening/night, day, and resource nurses, cognitive support team, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, activity developer/system responsible, managers, and operations manager.
Good collaboration, balance between demands and resources are important to us in our team. Patient focus and having fun and laughing together at work. We are each other's work environment, which is a prioritized area for the operations manager. Leadership based on trust and confidence, with focus on employee well-being.
Gellinergården's special residential facility consists of three units with 9 places each. In the role as nursing care coordinator, you are responsible for approximately 14 patients. The work involves standard nursing tasks with the individual's needs at the center, where you assess, plan, implement, and lead treatment with patients together with other professionals. Team collaboration with nursing care staff, unit manager, and rehabilitation. Close collaboration with the other nursing care coordinator at the residential facility as well as the nurse in home care services.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse; further education and/or experience in the profession are merits. The work requires that you are responsive to individual needs, flexible, responsible, and willing to collaborate. Ability to lead staff, provide them with support and advice in matters related to the profession.
A positive attitude and good conduct toward colleagues, patients, and relatives is important. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Requirement for a Class B driver's license as it may need to be used in the position.
Express yourself well both orally and in writing in the Swedish language.
