We, the team you would be joining, are a cheerful, engaged, and competent group in pleasant premises on Nygatan in Södertälje and at our pharmaceutical client in Östertälje. You will work closely with experienced and helpful occupational health nurses, occupational physicians, psychologists, physiotherapists, and others who work collaboratively with our customers and their employees with excellent results.
Your main responsibilities:
Your role is broad and varied. You will, among other things:
- Conduct statutory and preventive health examinations, analyze results, and provide professional feedback to both employees and managers.
- Provide medical support and offer guidance in rehabilitation and substance abuse matters.
- Conduct customized training in, for example, CPR, first aid, and substance abuse prevention.
- Perform vaccinations and blood draws.
Qualifications:
- At least a licensed nurse degree
- Several years of experience from medical practice
- Training and experience in venous blood sampling
- Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Good IT skills and ability and interest in delivering through digital tools
Meritorious:
- Training as an occupational health nurse or district nurse
- Experience in occupational health services
- Experience as a CPR and First Aid Instructor
- Experience with spirometry examinations
- Experience with motivational conversations

Other information:
Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Working hours: weekdays excluding holidays, 8-17.
The position occasionally involves travel between Falck's facilities and to customers in the nearby area, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
